Your reply to our problem was extremely prompt, many thanks, and your man came the same day. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about our old stove . He found the problem quickly but because of unavailability of a major part could not fix it back to 100%. He tried to fix the temperature control and managed to get it to 90%. We will continue to use it carefully. The cost of the service was much lower than expected and again, many thanks. We will definitely use you company for any future service.

Thanks to Evgeni our refrigerator is working again! He arrived within 45 minutes of my call. He gave us an assessment of the problem, explained the work that needed to be done, gave us an estimate and then went to purchase a replacement part. He returned within an hour, removed the defective part and installed the replacement part. He cleaned up and explained the warranty. Evgeni was professional and very thorough. We will call him again if required. We highly recommend ARNI.

Pasha is the nicest technician I ever met. He came to fix my Whirlpool fridge, he explained everything and walked me through the entire repair process. This is the third time I have called ARNI to repair an appliance and had a great experience with them, as usual. I had two issues that they took care of this time – water leaking from my Miele dishwasher hose and water leaking from my kitchen faucet. Pasha was very accommodating with my schedule and always showed up on time. He was very friendly and always found a solution – his knowledge and expertise was especially helpful as my appliance and faucet had non-standard parts. Very happy with the workmanship and highly recommend them for any appliance repair.
