I first called just ARNI over two years ago for issues with my f/l washer (you can see my original review - 10/10) So when I had an issue with my fridge - who did I call? The individual who was so amazing with my washing machine. And - repeat performance with my Fridge. Professional, timely, thorough - not sure there is enough room for all the positive things I could say. Thank you again for the quality and care and now my 'go to' for any appliance repairs. This is the third time I have called ARINI to repair an appliance and had a great experience with them, as usual. I had two issues that they took care of this time - water leaking from my Miele dishwasher hose and water leaking from my kitchen faucet. Pasha was very accommodating with my schedule and always showed up on time. He was very friendly and always found a solution - his knowledge and expertise was especially helpful as my appliance and faucet had non-standard parts. Very happy with the workmanship and highly recommend them for any appliance repair.

Evgeny & Andrei were professional, courteous and personable. Minor repairs were performed on my Samsung dryer and washer promptly. Evgeny is very knowledgeable and was very honest about what was needed to be done and more importantly, what was not necessary. I appreciated his advice and experience. During this Covid-19 period, they arrived with masks on as well as regular booties for personal and floor protection. I will definitely remember ARNI Services and will recommend them to friends and family.

The technician was polite, honest as he suggested to buy a new one rather than fiixing the old one where it would cost so much, which I quite agree. Everything was good. Now I know who to call when I have appliance problem. Also, the person who corresponds to me is so respectful, prompt in responding to my e-mail queries. He/she is doing a great job. Your reply to our problem was extremely prompt, many thanks, and your man came the same day. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about our old stove . He found the problem quickly but because of unavailability of a major part could not fix it back to 100%. He tried to fix the temperature control and managed to get it to 90%. We will continue to use it carefully. The cost of the service was much lower than expected and again, many thanks. We will definitely use you company for any future service.

Thanks to Evgeni our refrigerator is working again! He arrived within 45 minutes of my call. He gave us an assessment of the problem, explained the work that needed to be done, gave us an estimate and then went to purchase a replacement part. He returned within an hour, removed the defective part and installed the replacement part. He cleaned up and explained the warranty. Evgeni was professional and very thorough. We will call him again if required. We highly recommend ARNI.

Pasha is the nicest technician I ever met. He came to fix my Whirlpool fridge, he explained everything and walked me through the entire repair process.   ARNI appliances came to our home to fix our Kitchen Aid  refrigerator in Dec 2023.  It was discovered we needed a new ice maker which was backordered to Apr 2024. ARNI sent us an email in Mar saying the part had arrived and arranged for immediate installation. Yevgeny arrived on time and installed the new part. We waited 24 hours for the ice to freeze and the new ice maker worked flawlessly. ARNI did a great job. True to their word they quoted the cost of the part, and installation costs before they did the job. Very honest and respectful.  We will surely use them again if anything else comes up.

  My Blomberg Washer suddenly stopped working. It would fill with water, not agitate, and 10-15 minutes later the drain pump would come on to drain the water and end the cycle. Had one repairman come out, after looking for about 15 minutes, told me a needed a new motor ($500+ part), wanted everything paid upfront (parts and labour), even though he told me he had 10 of these motors on hand. I called ARNI for another opinion. This was the best decision. Evgeni was on time, polite, very friendly, communicated everything he was doing and was honest. On the service call he took the motor out to have a look (something the first guy didn't do), and discovered one of the carbon bushes was worn down and was confident this was the issue. The service call with ARNI was on Friday Morning, he was back on Monday morning with the new carbon brushes...sure enough, my washer works again like new. He saved me $400+ in parts. Fantastic service, will call him first for any future appliance repair.

  I had an excellent experience with ARNI Services Appliance Repair. The technician arrived on time, was mindful of my floors by wearing covers on his shoes, and addressed the problem quickly. The cost was more than reasonable and was what we had agreed on for diagnostic service.   This was my first time having an issue with an appliance, in this case my fridge. My fridge started to make a really loud noise that seemed to come and go.

I tried to contact several companies on Home Stars, but for some reason none of them would answer. ARNI Services was another company I found on Home Stars and my call was answered almost immediately.

The technician was able to clearly communicate over the phone what the service call fee would be and if I had to do any repairs, the fee would be waived. I provided all the info he needed in case he needed parts, etc. through text. He came the next day and was able to diagnose the problem by looking at the different parts of my fridge and eliminating things that were not causing the problem. In the end, he made the necessary repair to prevent the fridge from continuing to make the loud nose and I was only charged the service call fee. I will definitely be calling ARNI again if I happen to have any future appliance issues.
