Sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment – we understand!
If that happens, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. We require a minimum of 3 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment. If notice is not provided within this time frame, you will be charged the service call fee for the missed appointment.
