There is a communication error between the EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory) and the control board.

Possible Causes:

• Faulty control board.
• Loose or damaged wiring.

Fixes:

• Disconnect Power: Turn off the oven and disconnect it from the power source for at least 30 seconds.
• Reconnect Power: Plug the oven back in and observe for one minute.
